Phase III Clinical Trial for Pain Associated with Moderate to Severe Chronic Low Back Pain

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an innovative regenerative therapy for chronic low back pain caused by degenerative disc disease. This therapy is administered through a single injection directly into the affected spinal disc. By targeting the underlying causes of disc degeneration—rather than simply masking symptoms—the treatment aims to reduce inflammation, promote tissue healing, and relieve pain. Participants will take part in a structured study program that includes an initial screening phase, one treatment injection, and follow-up visits over a 24-month period. This research represents an important step toward developing a minimally invasive option for individuals who have not found relief with conventional therapies, offering hope for lasting pain reduction and improved quality of life. All treatments, evaluations, and diagnostic procedures pertaining to study treatment are provided at no cost to you or your insurance.
